How long will it take to receive my order?

All online orders are shipped free using USPS First Class Mail. This method takes on average about 3-4 business days to arrive as soon as it is shipped from our shop. Expedited/upgraded shipping is also available at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your order for shipment unless otherwise stated in item description. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

 

This is a gift. Do you gift wrap?

Every jewelry order is delivered in a gift box or gift bag, ready to be given as a gift to someone special, even if that special someone is yourself. If you would like to add a gift message or if you are ordering multiple gifts and need additional gift boxes or gift bags, please let us know in the "Order Notes/Gift Message" section during checkout.

 

How do I care for my jewelry?

Clean jewelry with a soft cloth after wearing it and store individually in small plastic bags. This will help to prevent any tarnishing. Tarnish can be easily cleaned with a jewelry polishing cloth. Polish and store pearl jewelry in soft cloth bags.

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% in love with your purchase! If you are not happy with your order please return within 14 days from purchase date for a full refund. Once item is received, your refund will be issued within 5 business days. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact us as soon as you receive your order. Custom pieces are non-returnable (ie. custom orders, custom stamped jewelry, engraved jewelry, etc.)
