Returns + Refunds

We hope you love your jewelry as much as we loved making it for you. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns on eligible ready-made jewelry within 14 days of delivery.

Ready-Made Jewelry

Eligible ready-made jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment.

To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time for the refund to appear.

Final Sale + Custom Jewelry

Because these pieces are created or customized specifically for you, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Permanent jewelry

  • Bespoke or custom-fit jewelry

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry

  • Made-to-order or customized pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Non-refundable appointment and event deposits are also final and subject to the cancellation or rescheduling terms provided at booking.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every piece is carefully inspected before leaving our studio. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Please include your order number and photos of the item when possible.

Permanent Jewelry

Permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded specifically for you and is therefore final sale.

Jewelry is made to be lived in, but it is not indestructible. If your chain breaks and you still have it, we may be able to repair or reweld it. Lost jewelry cannot be replaced, and exact chain or charm availability cannot be guaranteed.
