Getting your jewelry to you.
Most orders leave our Scituate studio within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery generally takes an additional 3–5 business days.
Personalized, made-to-order + custom jewelry may require a little extra time. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Yes. We offer complimentary standard U.S. shipping on orders $99+.
Yes. Local pickup is available from our Scituate studio. Orders are generally ready within 2–4 business days.
Please wait for your Ready for Pickup email before coming by. Pickup details will be included there.
Absolutely. Every jewelry order arrives gift-ready, and prices are not included on packing slips.
You can ship directly to the recipient and leave us a note at checkout if you’d like to include a gift message or need multiple pieces packaged separately.
If something isn’t quite right.
Eligible ready-made jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as it is unworn, unused + in its original condition and packaging.
Permanent, bespoke, personalized, engraved, made-to-order and other customized jewelry is final sale.
Custom-fit, your way.
Permanent jewelry is custom-fit directly to you and connected with a tiny welded jump ring instead of a traditional clasp.
Prefer to take it on + off? Almost any of our chains can also be finished with a clasp.
Bracelets, anklets + necklaces are our most popular choices. Choose your chain, add a charm or two, and we’ll custom-fit your piece just for you.
Our rotating collection includes sterling silver, 14K USA gold-filled, and 10K + 14K solid gold chains and charms.
Selection varies between the studio and pop-up events.

Our Scituate studio is open by appointment so we can give each guest dedicated one-on-one time.
For pop-up events, pre-booking is highly recommended. Walk-ups are welcome between appointments when time allows, but availability isn’t guaranteed, especially for groups of two or more.
Nope. The tiny weld connects the jewelry itself, and the welding process does not touch your skin.
Yes. Permanent doesn’t mean it can never come off.
If you need to remove your jewelry, carefully snip the small welded jump ring and save your chain. We may be able to reweld it later.
If you need to remove jewelry for a medical procedure, always follow the instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
Keep your chain if you still have it. Depending on the condition, we may be able to repair, resize or reweld it.
If the jewelry has been lost, we’re unable to replace it. Exact chain + charm availability can also change over time.
Made to be lived in.
Gold-filled jewelry has a substantial layer of real 14K gold mechanically bonded to a jeweler’s brass core.
It contains significantly more gold than typical gold-plated jewelry and, with normal wear and proper care, does not peel or flake like traditional plating.
It depends on the material.
Solid gold is the most resistant to tarnish. 14K gold-filled is highly tarnish-resistant and designed for everyday wear. Sterling silver naturally develops patina over time and can easily be refreshed with a polishing cloth.
How quickly jewelry changes can depend on wear, environment, body chemistry + exposure to products.
Treat your jewelry with a little love. Avoid unnecessary exposure to harsh chemicals, cleaning products, lotions + beauty products, and store removable pieces separately when you’re not wearing them.
Sterling silver can be refreshed with a jewelry polishing cloth as needed.

You’ll receive the visit details you need with your appointment or pickup confirmation.
Studio appointments generally open two weeks in advance, with new availability released regularly.
Yes. We’ll bring the WWG experience to you for birthdays, bridal celebrations, weddings, girls' nights, backyard gatherings + other private celebrations.
Private events require a 12-person minimum, and a $150 non-refundable deposit secures your date. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
Hosts receive a complimentary sterling silver or 14K gold-filled permanent bracelet as a little thank-you.
