Shipping Policy

*Due to COVID-19, we are unable to guarantee shipments by a specific date. We have updated our policy below to reflect shipping carrier statuses to best advise you on your order arrival. 

All online orders are shipped free using USPS First Class Mail. This method takes on average about 3-4 business days to arrive once it is shipped. Expedited/upgraded shipping is also available at checkout. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to prepare all orders for shipment. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

We offer free local delivery for customers located in close proximity to our studio. If your address qualifies for local delivery, the option will be available to you at checkout. Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to deliver your order to your home. You will be notified by email when your order is being processed and again as soon as your order is delivered to your home.

Every jewelry order is delivered in a gift box or gift bag, ready to be given as a gift to someone special, even if that special someone is yourself. Prices are not listed on the packing slip that is included. In an effort to reduce waste we will ship all orders in as few gift boxes as possible. If you would like additional gift boxes or would like us to include a handwritten gift message: please let us know in the notes section of your shopping cart during checkout.
